Q: Why use a newsletter instead of brochures, postcards, etc.?
A: One of the keys to successful marketing is frequency. Personal brochures, notepads, refrigerator magnets and the like can get expensive, and people who receive them usually get bored with them after a while. Plus, you have to come up with new stuff to send all the time. A newsletter is fresh and new every month, so you can send it out frequently. Each issue of the Resulti newsletter contains information useful to the reader, in addition to promoting you. It allows you to be consistent in your marketing without boring your audience, and because we create it for you every month, you don’t have to worry about what to send next.

Q: What makes the Resulti newsletter unique?
A: Several things make us unique. (1.) We deliver finished product every month and you don’t have to spend any time creating your newsletter (2.) We are not printers, so you don’t have to order any specific quantity from us. We e-mail you one master copy every month, and you decide how many to print and how to distribute them. (3.) Our newsletter is versatile – you can distribute it in printed form, by e-mail, or even post it on your web site. (4.) We don’t require any lengthy contracts or large upfront payments; we have no cancellation fees, and our monthly subscription of $24.95 is very affordable.

Q: How and when do I get my newsletter?
A: We will e-mail you a new copy every month, usually around the 25th, in the PDF format. That way you can either (a.) print it and distribute it, or (b.) e-mail it to your prospects.

Q: Do I need any special software to view and print my newsletter?
A: Other than access to internet and valid e-mail, all you need is an Acrobat Reader, which you may already have on your computer. If you don't, you can get it from our Free Stuff page.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: The initial setup charge is $30.00; after that it's only $24.95 per month.

Q: How am I billed?
A: We bill your credit card automatically each month. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.

Q: What if I want to cancel?
A: You may cancel any time by simply notifying us by e-mail. We must receive your e-mail no later than two weeks prior to the next publication date. We will e-mail you a confirmation.

Q: Can I edit/make changes to the newsletter?
A: Upon your request we can change your picture, logo and contact information in the newsletter. As far as changing the content of the newsletter (articles, illustrations, adding your own text), Resulti cannot make such changes – the newsletter is designed to be used as-is. There are a few ways that you can customize the newsletter yourself, and that is discussed in our free report How to Use Your Newsletter Effectively, which you can find in our Free Stuff section.

Q: What is your copyright policy?
A: The newsletter content and design are copyright by Resulti.com. As a subscriber, you can make as many copies of each issue as you wish and distribute them to your prospects any way you wish. You may not charge for it. You may not give it or sell it to another Realtor or another professional to use as his/her own. You may not alter the content of the articles, but you can remove them in their entirety if you wish. You may not remove the Resulti copyright and legal notices from the newsletter.
